1. Strict Vehicle Category Restriction: Cars Only

Manjunatha Towing Service provides vehicle towing, flatbed recovery, and roadside assistance strictly and exclusively for passenger cars (hatchbacks, sedans, compact SUVs, and personal passenger vehicles).

We DO NOT provide towing or recovery for:

  • Two-wheelers (motorcycles, scooters, electric bikes).
  • Commercial trucks, lorries, tippers, or trailers.
  • Buses or mini-buses.
  • Agricultural tractors or heavy earthmoving construction equipment.

2. Service Booking Confirmation Policy

Submission of an online enquiry through our website or initiating a contact via WhatsApp does not constitute an automatically confirmed towing booking. A service booking is only finalized after:

  • Direct verbal or written confirmation with our team at Manjunatha Towing Service.
  • Verification of current driver and tow truck availability.
  • Mutual agreement upon estimated arrival time, pickup coordinates, and towing charges.

3. Availability & Response Time Disclaimer

We do not claim or guarantee 24/7 unreserved availability or guaranteed arrival within a specific number of minutes. Immediate dispatch is contingent on active road recovery operations, weather conditions, highway traffic conditions along NH 275 and Mysore Road, and physical distance from our base in Kumbalgodu. Customers are advised to call 98453 84726 at the time of breakdown for real-time status.

4. Pricing Transparency

Towing fares are calculated based on total distance (in kilometres) between the pickup point and destination garage, vehicle category, and required recovery procedures (such as flatbed winch extraction). Pricing must be mutually agreed upon prior to driver dispatch.

5. Vehicle Custody & Legal Ownership

The person requesting car towing must be the lawful owner or authorized custodian of the vehicle. Valid vehicle registration documents and personal identity may be requested prior to loading.
